    Any Goods which you believe are defective must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase (Please drop us an E-mail so we can let you know our returns address)and credit you the postage fees, if the goods are damaged or faulty.

    For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on worn earrings.

    We are able to send out replacement items if we have stock of the faulty item. We will issue you with a refund, or a replacement within 5 working days.

    We recommend using recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage.

    Returns are sent at your own expense, unless the item faulty.
